Returns/Refund Policy

  • Our policy lasts 30 days.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (Please ensure there are no make-up stains, perfume odours or marks of any kind.) It must also have the original tags.
  • You are welcome to return your item in our Epping store. (8/78 Willandra drive Epping, Victoria, 3076) or by post to the same address. Please contact us at to discuss any issues you may have. We are happy to accommodate your request.  
  • We DO NOT accept returns on our sale items.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We are happy to refund any items that are unsuitable as long as they are full priced items and in the original condition, 
  • In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is incorrect to what you purchased or has a manufacturing fault we will gladly refund this item. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind. 
Time frames: 
  • We aim to process all returns within 2-7 business days of them being received.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
